So whats the deal with Razer going to start requiring internet connection/registration in order for their Mice to be used in the upcoming series? I've had several friends complain about it over chat and I'm new to the PC gaming community so... Anyone?

Out of principle I'd stay away from such a product, no matter how many glow-in-the-dark buttons it has.

I havent bought one yet as Im still in the works of getting my core put together. What company did you go with as far as the mouse goes?

Still old trusty Logitech G5 wired, all heavy weights in, and I fitted it with new slippery thingys.

From what I have understood from Razer, the connection is only for the "Razer Synapse" which is basically like Steam Cloud, it just means you can pull you mouse profiles from anywhere with an internet connection.
Its not actually something that you need to have in order for their gear to function, its just an "extra"
