The Thermaltake V3 as 1 fan at the back , it has 4 more places where you can add fans, 1 at front, 1 at the side and 2 on top. This $ 40 case as a lot of cooling potential. I will add for sure 1 fan at front, it will also cool your drives, I will also add on on the side to push fresh air on the GPU, you don't really need fan on top as the hot air go up. Nothing wrong to add too fans on top too.

Well, besides that last little part about fan placement. That was helpful. I can get a pack of two Cooler Master blue LED-lit fans (to match the color of the one which comes in the case) for $11 on Tiger Direct. I'll put one on the lower-front over my drives to suck air in.
The other one is the one which I'm not sure of. Should I put it on the side vent to pull air in or on the top to blow air out?

Yes, generally the side is intended to be an intake so that it forces air right onto the GPU(s).

Yes, I know this. I'm debating whether I should put one on the side or the top. I'm leaning towards putting it on the side.

Okay, so I added up all of what you said here, without the 3770K. Microcenter has an in-store only pickup policy on that. I chose the unlocked i5-3570 from Newegg instead. I actually changed it so that everything is coming from Newegg, because Tiger Direct bumped up the price on that case. With shipping factored in, as well as an optical drive, OS, and extra fans, the total price comes out to $1335.91. Which is considerably over my budget. However, I do like the RAM setup and the motherboard better. Plus I get a free game with both the GPU and the motherboard.
I may have to see if I can increase my budget because I really want that setup. I'll try seeing if I can get it for less.

EDIT: I managed to shave off some $$$ by choosing the G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL instead of the 16GB 1866 G.Skill. Eight is fine for me.
The total cost comes out to $1,283 which is feasible for me. Still, I'm not sure how much it's worth it over my other configuration. The MB and RAM is much nicer, but I'm choosing a worse CPU (3570 vs. 3570K - Is there any real difference?).
Also, the MB says it's an "Extended ATX." Will it still fit in the case?

EDIT [Again]: I did some research. The Extended ATX will not fit in the selected ATX case.
I have chosen this MB instead: MSI Z77A-G45 Thunderbolt LGA 1155 Intel Z77
It supports: HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS
How will this work? It's much cheaper.
Because it's cheaper, I would get the 3570K. This brings my total to $1,171.52. This is a GREAT price. If this is compatible, I think it's what I would get. Please check it over, as I am a novice at determining compatibility.

Sorry for not getting back to you before after your questions on the Green drives, yes they do spin down however unless you are constantly accessing data from that drive you won't notice a lot of difference in the end. You could probably get a Caviar black for cheaper than twice the price of the seagate but I don't have the time to hunt that down for you I just got the price off newegg if you look around on staticice or somewhere similar you will likely get it much cheaper. As for your current build everything looks good to me but more opinions would certainly be better

Yeah but at this point I really don't have much more money to spare. Even if it is less than double. And really, the speed difference isn't a huge deal to me, as everything which requires true speed will be on my SSD.

As for your current build everything looks good to me but more opinions would certainly be better

I'm going to order it all as soon as HP tells me I'm approved for a refund and dispatches the return packaging. This will hopefully be either tomorrow night or Friday night.
Also, does anyone have experience with UEFI BIOS? I'd like some knowledge on it, as I've never used it. To my understanding, it adds a GUI interface thing to BIOS. Good for overclocking and stuff...apparently this MB has it.

I meant about the cooling options that the case comes with. I was asking about which fan placement would best.
