He probably means the unknown device in device manager.

Just go download and install the latest driver for P67/Z68 chipset from Intel.

tried the chipset still didnt fix the issue..in my device manager i have pci simple communication controller with a yellow ?

Did you install all the downloadable drivers from ASUS support website? Install all of them. If its not intel, its probably the eSATA or Bluetooth controller that's missing.

Download the Intel(R) Management Engine Interface V9.0.0.1287 for Windows 7/8 32bit & 64bit driver from the asus support website for your particular ROG motherboard. It's under the chipset category.

I'm having the same Problem and I have downloaded the
''Intel Management Engine Interface''
but when I try to run it, it says ''This system does not meet the minimum requirements to install the software''
why? How? just look at my Specs, what's wrong?
