    I just updated to this bios and been reading this thread...I think it means quality control so don't think it's coming next week.

    By the way...does this issue happen if I was to just change settings to XMP and disable my chassis fan settings? It's all I'm planning to change in bios.

    yes, I had this issue happen only at memory @ XMP and altered fan control settings.

    well I for one am getting very frustrated with stuck multipliers

    only had this issue with 1604 - so the sooner the new bios comes out the better

    Unfortunatelly, at the moment does not exist an official date about the new version of the BIOS. Please try to control periodically the Asus site in the next period.

    ... well, if both Shamino and Raja say the BIOS will be released, it probably means it will. since it's not released yet then Customer Service can't know about it and they usually don't have information about future releases.
