Not sure where the majority of MVE owners stand with their setup, but I'm not a happy camper. Why you say? Well let me count the ways:
- Doesn't matter the bios, settings don't seem to stick.
- Don't mess with UEFI Windows 8 setup unless you video card supports UEFI GOP, not many do
- Fast Boot? Even with a HD4000 enabled as the default GPU, I cant get Windows 8 to boot in UEFI mode
- Trim working on Windows 8 with 1601 BIOS? Intel says you need 11.2 OPROM. Seem to be stuck on 11.0 something.
So my upgraded system (from a MIVE, that I was fairly happy with, although it had to be replaced 4 times), now is pretty much no better than my P67 (although I got trim to work on Windows 7, with a modded OPROM bios)
RANT RANT RANT
😛But seriously, if this was a automobile purchase, I would have died turning on the ignition, at least a few times.
