So I'm about to order a Corsair h100i, Hoping the Coolermaster Xtraflo Fans make it to market soon, as I want to replace the corsair fans with these as they have higher Static Air Pressure. Is there a Huge difference using 2 fans over using 4 in a push pull config? How efficiant would it be to use the 200 mm fans on the top of my case as the pull fans with the h100i mounted under them? With me ditching my v6 gt I"m also ordering another 4GBx2 set of sniper ram, wondering if there will be any issues installing the extra ram. Also toyed with the idea of upgrading to the AX860i PSU, but eh I don't know, my AX850 is only a year old.

Before you start thinking about replacing the fans on the H100i, install the unit and make sure to DL the Corsair Link software for it and I would recommend setting the fans to "balanced" . I think you'll find the system is quiet at an idle, yet responds nicely to temp increases. I just finished the H100i on a customer's system and I must say I'm impressed. The system is a C5F MB with a FX 8150 running at 4.5Ghz @1.42v and no matter how much of a load I put the CPU under the temp never got over 42c.

The only reason i considered changing them out is because most of the reviews i've checked out claimed the fans kind of blow, lol no pun intended. There were complaints of the fans making wierd noises and just being loud in general.

If they are left to run at full speed they are loud, but when you tone them down with the Corsair link software they are very quiet!

Fans are like women Chris each one of us have our own preferences. And regardless of what we buy there will always be some other fan that we wish we had got instead I guess. 😮

Post up some pictures when you finish your build mate.

I've been kinda back and forth the last few days on what I'm going to upgrade , lol at first i considered just getting the h100i, and another 8 gb of ram, then wanting to get the ax860i, also toyed with the idea of getting an 8350 and a CHFv, but eh I don't know, I'm very indecisive when it comes to my computer, my build is only a year old and still running strong.

Personally, I have heard better reviews on the NZXT X60 than the Corsair products. Corsair has even copied pretty much everything from the X60 for their newest model.

PS. I have a Cooler Master 932 advanced case, and I am contemplating putting all NZXT fans in it. But, I am still contemplating over it.

Dominator platinum 32gb @ 3000mhz
NZXT X76 Kraken 360mm rad cooler
Corsair ax1600i psu full white cable set
Samsung EVO 970 1tb M.2 boot
Samsung EVO 850 1tbx4 SSD raid, storage
Titan xp jedi collectors edition
NZXT Phantom 820 full fan set
ROG frontbase
Samsung 55" 1000hz (140hz effective) 4k hdr tv as monitor

Plus, what interested me in it is the fans. I do believe that they are 2600 RPM. I am not really interested in all of the LED BS, I am just interested in the fans that! NZXT carries.
