Good evening friends,
I'm having a problem with my vga Asus HD 7970 DC2. I have this problem since the purchase, and could not solve.

Already tried:

many drivers,
radeon pro,
updated the mobo bios and vga,
has not overclock
not heated,
already tried with fan speed at 100%,
already enabled the vsync,
Finally, already done everything (I think)

Watch the video who have the time any help will be very welcome ..

Have you tried the card in a different pci-e slot or another computer? If it does the same on another pc then I would say its definitely the card. How long ago did you buy it can you still send it back for a replacement?

I do not have another computer to test. I'm guessing that is the problem with DirectX11. I still have 8 months warranty.

My guess without actually having access to your hardware to test stuff would be that the card is bad or a setting with overclock/voltage is off. You could always re install DX11 to rule it out. When you install your drivers do you use Driver Fusion to get rid of the old lingering AMD files before installing new catalyst drivers? Also have you tried uninstalling any tweaking programs like afterburner or gpu tweak it and then trying the games?

1. Please list your full system specs as detailed as possible.

2. Is this a new build?

3. Does the artifacting only happen in Sniper Ghost Warrior? Have you tried other games to see if you experience artifacts in them too?

RMA the card ! I had a problem with mine when running DX 10 and DX 11 and ASUS ending up just replacing it with a new card cause they couldn't fix it ! 🙂
