Im going to be buying an 8350 and a formula-Z baord in the next few weeks and I was wondering if window 8 showed any real performance boost with the 8350? The reason I ask is because in this months maximum pc mag. thay ran the 8350 with windows 7 and window 8 and they said there was only differance was 1 to 2 percentage points, and that the the 10% boost windows 8 was sapose to give is in certian games. Any feed back on thist would be great because im not going to use windows 8 if its 1 to 2 point percentage differance. THANKS!!!

I run my MIVE-Z on Windows 7 for 10 months , 0 issues, I install 8 and run it for 4 months, 1-2 crash a week. Now I give it to my son 2 months ago and we return to 7 and 0 issue again. So I will pass on peoples who said it's very stable. if the Z board is like my CHV, you gone love it, it's rock stable, not a single crash since I purchase I get it many many months ago, of course Windows 7

No stability problems whatsoever with Win 8 on my system.
I must say that everything feels snappier and just seems to run faster on Win 8 vs. Win 7.
No benchmarks to prove this but I will be the first to admit that I'm impressed with Win 8 x64.
