All tests indicate that my G75VW has 10ms ping to a location very close to me.
But, another laptop I tried gets 0 ping with the same cable and server.

Has anyone got any tips how this could be fixed? (both are win8 64bit, automatical dns, no proxy, browser has no effect).

I don't seem to have anything eating the bandwidth in background either.
