Hello,

I've been using the Gene-z for about a week now and I noticed that most of my .wav sounds (from instant messenger and windows) have this weird echo to them. The echo goes away as soon as I play another sound in the background (music or skype), but the echo comes back as soon as a secondary sound source is gone.

I've tried turning all the effects off and changing it to 16bit cd quality sound.

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this issue, perhaps a driver update will fix it.

Edit: I just found the fix for it is to disable all sound effects under windows sound control panel.
