Hmm, I wonder if either of these will be a ROG mobo (prob not the Deluxe).

Hm... based on the "Z", I guess it's continuing the Maximus series boards...

Despite the "Deluxe", it must be a ROG mobo... otherwise why MarshallR would tease us on the ROG Forum?!

I'm gonna go ahead and guess that the "Gryphon" is replacing the Sabretooth board.

The "ROG" Product is too hard to guess, it looks like some kinda adapter...maybe finally the Thunderbolt EX card?

The Deluxe...lol are you guys giving away M&M's with these?

Yep, you guessed it. The ROG taser. You can either use it to bring dead CPUs back to life CPR style, or, taser competitors who use other brands products.

From what I have read Intel is using the new LGA 1150 Socket. So much for upgrading my 3770k down the line LOL.

Was there really a specific reason for them to leave out 5 pins and create a new socket rather than making everyone buy a new mobo if they want to upgrade? I could maybe stomach upgrading from my $300 3770K to another $200-$300 CPU, but buying another $400 motherboard like my Maximus V Extreme? Not gonna happen until I do another build a few years from now.
