ZombieCzuCzu, you have to do the following:
- flash your bios with 4206 using flashback method, do you know how ? here
- after that you'll have FW ver. 8.1.10.1286
- download MEI v8.1.51.1471 and unpack it
- open Command prompt (Admin) and type (file path may differ) cd С:\ME Firmware_8.1.51.1471\MEupdate\Win64\FWUpdLcl64.exe -f ME_8.1.51.1471.bin
- after successful flashing turn off your PC for 5 sec, then turn on and you're good to go
Just in case if you get any errors, try to copy all the files from Win64 (flash.bat, FWUpdLcl64.exe, ME_8.1.51.1471.bin) into disk "C" and flash
-open Command prompt (Admin) and type cd С:\FWUpdLcl64.exe -f ME_8.1.51.1471.binCPU: 3960X(C2)@4.8GHz (Offset +0.045, LLC-medium), HT-on, 24/7

Forget updating the GBE firmware. 1.3 and 1.5 are binary identical. Only difference is the version number. I am guessing 1.5 was just renumbered by some OEM to flash to the boards with the MAC Address issue (the one the Intel utility fixes if you're affected but our boards are not since they're already on this firmware.).
