Go back in time and do what I did. From day one, when I install anything, I change directory from C to D. BOOM

Open start menu, type "disk management" and click on the link that appears. You can then shrink the volume for C: (if you have space) and create a new volume. This is the simple way to do that. It may seem hard, but it really isn't. Just right-click on the graph in the middle of the screen, select "Shrink Volume" and follow the instructions.

Then, right-click on the free-space on the graph and follow the instructions.

How much space do you have free? It is possible that certain immovable system files are out near the end of the disk, and Windows can't shrink beyond those movable files. Try defragging your drive and seeing if that helps. Otherwise, you may need to try reinstalling Windows and all your programs 😞 or possibly another partitioning program.
