Hey.
right now i am on 4.6 ghz pretty stable but i want more...i tried to play with some settings but no luck at all...i always was stuck on 4.6 so my goal is reaching 4.8 or below...
here's my bios settings

What are you testing your temps with? What settings, i.e. MB in LinX/IBT? You should be using 8192MB or so. The default values in IBT are too low. With Vcore and LLC like that, you should be hitting 91C and holding it there. What is your Gflops, and do they reduce over time? 1.7Vcore is crazy. Perhaps you made a typo on your Vcore - +0.3 instead of +0.03V?

Overclocking is useless to me if it is not rock stable.

I am checking my temps with "core temp"i can't see gflops because if if i hit start on ibt my pc crashes within a seconds...and nope i am using + sign and +0.030v

That low CPU PLL is OK for lower OCs, but you will now need 1.9V.

Well W/LLC High (and offset Vcore) you will have crashes going in/out of CPU idle state. Set to medium, then you will have to compensate by raising Vcore to +0.08V - that will accomplish the same 100% peak loaded Vcore as before.

Either set VTT on auto, or raise it up to about 1.3V.

So i gotta change LLC to medium and set back to cpu voltage to regular mode?how much volt to put there?1.4?as start?

No, just:

Extreme Tweaker Menu
CPU Vcore Voltage: +0.08
VTT CPU Voltage: auto
CPU PLL Voltage: 1.9

Digi+ Power Control Submenu
CPU Load-Line Calibration(LLC): Medium

CPU Performance Settings Submenu:
CPU Ratio: auto

CPU Power Management submenu
CPU Ratio: auto

Only use:
Turbo Ratio: By All Cores
By all cores : 46

to increase your multiplier. Leave the other two on "auto."

Oh...so i changed the settings that you recommended me and changed the by all cores to 48 i am still not stable

Because 48 is too high for that Vcore voltage. Set 46.
