GPU tweakit server is running on my new rig at start up and I don't think I need it.

I have Evga 680 and am using evga precision so this is unnecessary right? And shouldn't GPU tweakit server be on the server computer anyway if I wanted to use it?

Should I/How do I get rid of it? I found a command input string to remove it at:
