Okay, so I tried OCCT with different voltage and nothing worked (tried from 1.48 to 1.53), even tried 5ghz at 1.53, 1.54 and 1.55 and didnt work, got a error 1 min in.
Either my chip is just a grumpy cat or something is wrong in the settings. I followed this guide so my settings are the same. Anyone kow what it might be?

TRy from lower values, example CPU mltiplier at 23x with CPU voltage 1.425V. If will be not OK (error), jump first VDDA voltage a bit (2.7V) and try again. If will be still not OK, donw VDDA to auto and jump CPU voltage to 1.44V etc etc...OC is not finish after few steps, need patience .

Thanks a lot for your help. Just wondering how high I should be able to push the vdda. 4.6 at 1.425, 2.7 worked like a charm but 4.8 at 1.5, 2.7 didnt so is it safe to bump the vdda more?

If you not help 2.7 at VDDA, issue is else...I think, 2.8V VDAA is unnecessary (dont help you much). Still, 4.8 GHz looks promising. You can coling VRM area too with some fan. Will be better.

Are you saying that the VRM is possibly getting too hot?

yes, wuth FX-8350 na d higher voltage at CPU yes. VRM is hot. Is the same situation as with SB-E and OC. For high clocks people need cooling VRM. This CPUs are power and current hungry in OC.

Would two fans in the top of my case suffice?

I added a third fan to my heat sink and mounted one fan in the top near the VRM, should be a bit cooler now.
