    What BIOS version are you running? And is the system at stock or overclocked?


    Internal PLL OV is a setting on Intel Sandybridge P67/Z67 platforms.

    Is the board at stock? If not return to stock and see if you still have problems with S3. If that does not owrk, flash to the 38 BIOS and try that.

    Use beta BIOS 38, it has worked okay for me so far and I think a bit more stable than previous BIOSes.
