What is your budget I will try to make a list?

Also do you just want to play TERA only?

Just a small improvement. Like loading times will be faster and while recording it will not effect any FPS drops. It doesn't increase FPS I'm afraid just data will be faster loaded.

This PC will be great for you and you will defiantly can play TERA at max settings and other games in the near future. Your PC is also will be future proof you can run another GPU or a better GPU which you only need to upgrade in the future.

If you like something in a mid range would go down to the Ivy-bridge motherboard and CPU which is still great for gaming for 2 years or more. Just let me know if you like something cheaper I will do another list.
