G75vx huge furmark score drop

I have a g75VX. i took a furmark test 1 month ago and my score was 952(max:59 degree celcius 15 fps without OC).
Took it today (again without OC) and the score came out to be 504(62 degree celcius 8 fps).I've taken it about two more times and it stays the same.Ive updated my drivers to 514.21 from the old 513. Is the problem in the new driver version or is something else seriously wrong with my system.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanx.

update- i just installed the previous asus supported version of drivers again(511) and took the test- got a similar low score - 511.
so its not a driver problem. Some help please guys.

My g75vw gets 1538 (74C 17fps).

Go to your nvidia control panel and change the image settings from quality to performance.

And put your laptop into maximum performance mode.

There are no 514 or 511 drivers, you must mean 314 and 311, or you're from the future, lol.

i think you are doing defragment then unplug battery and adapter for a whil, plug back and try again.
