Hey feniks, I've been looking at this thread here and at evga as well. My concern was if we updated to the UEFI BIOS for the GPUs can we go back to normal bios??

just make a backup with gpu-z before you update to UEFI bIOS. then you can flash it back with windows version of nvflash. that's what I did a few times, it works. I actually have all GPu BIOSes that were released for 670 ref by EVGA

the UEFI 4B BIOS is very good, same stable at "regular" 4B, I see zero problems.

yeah, you can install win7 in UEFI mode as well, just use the win7 x64 DVD in UEFI DVD boot mode and let it create the GPT on erased disk. keep CSM disabled in BIOS, so only UEFI boot is allowed.

So it has been a little while since the release - it seems that this BIOS rev. 1707 is stable?

Hey guys I have Maximus V Extreme ( BIOS Version 0704 ) along with i7 3770K and Asus GTX 670 DCII 4GB, Do you think if I should update my Bios to 1707 or not? I have a feeling my GTX 670 is not working correctly with my MB as I tried everything from A-Z and still get lags, stutters, etc.. in games and even updated the GTX 670 Bios from Asus website. Also my system is not OCed at all and never was at any point.
