    Sound in Phoebus using the DTS UltraPCII option is like being at bottom of a well.

    Has anyone els noticed that if you use DTS surround it makes you sound muffled an at bottom of a well, or a tunnel. For me, its unusable sadly. yet the Dolby home theater setting is fine.Its a pity, because the new one gives nice directional cues, but the sound itself is crap .

    untick surround sensation. i still prefer PCEEv4 as you can disable surround on the headset as I use that for gaming.

    yeah, but that is what gives the situational cue's sadly.

    You should keep in mind to update the driver if you haven't done already (8.0.1.29).

    Because the latest driver fixed the issues for me on DTS (only check Surround Sensation)
