I just ordered this 512GB SSD drive:

I have a new G55VW DH71 laptop that comes with the 512 7600 RPM drive which i want to replace.

My question is this...

Do I need to do anything special to the BIOS or within windows once i put this drive in? I saw some posts about having to disable certain things in Windows and the BIOS and also possibly having to upgrade the firmware on the new drive?

I want to put Windows 7 on this laptop, Windows 8 is horrible, hoping that with the SSD and Windows 7 this thing will fly.
