This week-end the AwardFabrik organized another huge oc-session in Haiger and invited some old friends from other forums such as Don_Dan from XS, BenchBros from HWL and derbauer from PCGHX.
So there was more or less the complete OC-elite of Germany together for spending 1200L LN2 sponsored by ASUS :cool:
Thanks to you, specially Christian, and Enermax for supporting this session!
Here is a little video-teaser of what was going on - BenchBrothers and BenchBros side by side. Stummerwinter was helping out BenchBrothers to get a system running - lets see how that turned out in the end.
Afterwards we see luebke, u22 and strunkenbolt's system. He was doing some CPUz hunting with a celeron hitting 7.5+ already early saturday.
Then we are passing by Arne and Felix benching 8800 where you can see more victims already prepared laying on the table.
Then we go to natu and derbauer and oh notice that RAM-pot? Can be RAM-guru and tweaking-expert angoholic only 😄
Now that is what I call an excellent group of benchers!

Not a bad idea at all and no need for any gloves - these small drops will fall off your hand quickly like a drop of water on a heating plate...this is simple physics dude 😉

Just be careful... yes, a single drop will fall of quickly from your hand - but a single drop in the eyes will make you blind... thermal gloves and googles are minimal required protections for LN2... you know, better to be safe than sorry...
But it seems that no one was hurt and it was a great event! Congrats for organizers and participants too! :cool:

Pointing this out to the 'new folk' among us, the 'seasoned & pros' trust among themselves.
But even they get a little nervous around the helium chill .........
[ not that 'new folk' are going to run out and have a clue as to how to aquire in the first place.]

But at this event we have some people with maybe 7500L+ LN2 exp...translated from xtreme overclocking to gamers this is like lvl 75+ in Wow xD
We take LN2 showers in the morning, afterwards push some ARES II + Matrix 7970 sky high in 03 😄
