Hello guys,

I just bought a new hard drive and when i installed it , it appears to safely remove hardware. I did register the harddrive as a hard drive by formatting the drive and giving it a name.

Is there a way to remove that notification or the motherboard to see it as my regular hard drive. I have an ssd for the windows and now i bought a new hdd and i had this problem

Thanks :))

Get into the BIOS and navigate to the Advanced tab. Look for SATA configuration. Look for the SATA port that your hard drive is connected to. Selec the Hot Plug option and disable it. Save and restart.
