Do you have power going to your four pin right about your video card.

Ensure that all your 12 volt CPU power connectors are populated if possible. Check each connection to see that there is a proper fit.

my VGA needs 2*6 pin connector, and it works fine, already tested

and about power connectors, yes, i'm sure they are fine, also i tested my power on m4a79t delux and it works fine

I just know that four pin on the mother board needs power, I actually ran for about two weeks before I started having problems and they sound real similar to yours, and of course I couldn't see that port after the radiator was installed so it was kinda tricky to get to it,,messed up my cable management to.

the power cables i've attached to the main board is:

1 x 24pins for motherboard "EATXPWR"
1 x 4 pins + 1 x 8 pins for cpu "EATX12V_1" "EATX12V_2"
1 x 6 pins + 1 x 4 pins for EZ "EZ_PLUG1" "EZ_PLUG2"

anything esle that i must connect to the mainboard?

Nope that is perfect and your board is still not powering up.?

You have tested the PSU I see on a working board.

RMA the motherboard.
