Anyone else having issues OC G. Skill Ripjaws Z 32GB 2400MHZ?

today i just got my new G. SKILL Ripjaws Z 32GB 2400MHZ F3-19200CL10Q-32GBZHD in the mail. i have a crosshair v formula-z with fx-8350, and im having trouble OC the ram past 1333MHZ. i have tried to tweak it 6 or 7 diff ways but everytime i do i get a system failure saying the OC failed. anyone run into this issue before? im kind of new to OC but have been building pcs for 8 years.

What's version motherboard bios are you using?
Did you already upgrade to latest version bios?
If you use the 1pcs memory can be normal to OC ?

i was able to fix by loading D.O.C.P profiles. now it runs ant 24oomhz with no problem
