So the unanswered question, is there a fault with the Formula-Z Motherboard??

So i really need this answered because it will determine if im gonna ever buy RoG products ever again.
To sum up my history:
Bought Formula-Z card almost 2 month ago, i started having problem with the Realtek HD Audio Manager (telling me the cable has been disconnected/connected).
Then it started to mess with my clocks on the CPU, i had the 8120 running 3933 at stock voltage settings on NB/HT/CPU.Then the motherboard started to deteriorate, USB 3.0 ports didnt work.. Few days later, some of my USB 2.0 ports didnt function. At the end of April 2013, i didnt get any Audio out from the card (Optical, Onboard or through Front Panel Audio HD).

Then i decided to RMA the motherboard since I couldnt use it as i wanted it to be used.
Almost 2 weeks now... Got a new motherboard... seeing the same error.. Having problem with the Realtek HD Audio Manager (telling me the cable has been disconnected/connected).
Im really sick of this and the odds for getting two faulty cards is a chance which is equal to 0.

With all due respect. this sounds [ pardon the pun ] more like a software
issue/conflict than hardware.
Can you list what apps running or screenshots?
devices usb ?
u are correct. the odds the issue is the same in two boards and
we hear nothing of this across the forum .. trust 'we' would ..
are astronomical .. but et. who knows.
Did you reload OS all fresh ??
[ just trouble shoot'n in the dark .. ]

After reading your link posts [op's] .. this has been harsh for u for sure.

but there is that vengeance memory again (not all ram plays
well with all amd cpu's) and I remember an issue crashing bsod
that was the nic driver .. ect...
correct me if i am wrong .. if the oc was set to an unsustainable
level due to a faulty/unstable psu .. would it set to default ?
could be anywhere.
hang in there.

best of luck.c.

Well did 8 fresh Windows 7 installations, so i know its not software.
Only trouble i had was FanXpert that hung my internet connection and AVG from running.

Well i dont know whats causing it, could be a faulty CPU that will make the Motherboard fail over time (Never heard of it).
The MB came with 1302 so i have been only playing BF3 and encoding videos with the newest MB.

Hello please do try removing all AIsuite software, there is a guide on how to do that. And see if your issues go away. Aisuite has been known to do some odd things.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

I have had problem with the system even without AISuite II installed, but deleted it with Perfect Uninstaller (Deletes entry, registry and undeleted files).
I have runned MemTest twice on all DIMMs (1 DIMM at a time), the only crash i get is when gaming.
I think the GPU's have a problem, arguing with the online retailer about RMA the cards which is almost 1 year old now. This is not the problem for my Motherboard keeps failing.

I know, read about it.. And the reason might be high temp on GPU, well my crossfire runs at 51 degrees on Furmark.
So theres nothing wrong with the temp, but with the GPUs.. i think there is a problem.
Just installed Windows 8 Pro (just to be sure), and when playing a Youtube video, my computer crashes.
There is nothing wrong with the DIMMs or Overclocking. So its either GPU combined with unstable Motherboard or PSU.

Installed 1403 through BIOS just earlier today.

The psu being faulty would explain alot of this from the rip.
They can be the oddest thing.
If you have a friend with one or the coins to pick one up
[even if you try it and return it .. oooops] to be sure.

another thing I do is .. I just use microsoft drivers when
available .. and the intel nic driver is 11.7 " " ... never an issue.
No other software .. as bare as possible.c.

These are my running processes:

My thoughts exactly, I got no other explainations for a motherboard failure than a broken PSU.
Asked around, they dont use more than 750watt.. so putts me on a jam im afraid.
But gonna head to my local Computer workshop and see if i can make them run some basic tests on PSU and GPU.

I have already been looking for replacements if those two fail the tests.
