My computer is not quite finished. I still need my video card and SSD/HDD. However I'd like to get in and tinker with it. Using ROG Connect can/should I get into BIOS and start on the beginning of my OC? My thoughts are, if I can OC it now while I'm building the funds for the rest of the build and before installing OS, I'll have a more stable system. All the core components are there, and I have a laptop...

Wait until you have all your bits and bobs before you start is my advice.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

I would check on the curing time of your thermal paste for a start, it may not work well for several hours in which case running it normally would be best.

I hooked up my laptop with the Rog Connect and it helped me become more familiar with the board and all of its options. However, like the others, I wouldn't push it until your ready.
