Strange. Is your task-bar on auto-hide? , try right click on the task bar and click on lock the task bar.

thanks but my task bar was on lock ,this all started because of my logitech g19 keyboard when the computer would go to sleep my g19 wouldn't turn on, well the lcd. but my g13 logitech would turn on,so i called logitech and they said something was wrong with my os because my os or windows update wouldn't find the logitech lcd driver when i pluged it in a usb. so i waxed everything and it finds it now when u plug it in.but when it comes out of sleep the lcd will come back on now so far but my task bar will not come up until i bring up task manager then it will pop out.

You may also want to check your RAM with Memtest86+ It is quite possible that your RAM overclocking is unstable. Usually Sleep issues are RAM related.
