3.5mm jack not working properly
I tried to use earphone just now. When i plug in to watch movie, dialog volume is low, but i can hear the background music of the movie. This is not the earphone problem because i tried plug it on my mobile phone. Works fine

The internal clip in the Audio jack may be broken or bent, causing only one channel to be heard. See http://forum.notebookreview.com/5879478-post337.html for more information.

Make sure you plug it all the way in. Also, see if you can try another pair. It does sound like a problem with the jack, though. Either a broken a not-solid connection.

Well I had a similar problem to that once, and I found out that it was my pair of earphones that was faulty.
