No you will not have problems at all if you buy 2133MHz 1866MHz or any frequency ram. If you wish to have your memory run at anything but the CPU defaults you will need to enable the XMP profile in the BIOS.

As to adding on later, yes you can do so. It is not ideal but you should be fine with the Haswell processor, it loves ram.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.

diffrence between the titans and the 780 is slim when it comes to gaming.
    i think its only 10%??
only use for the titans would be multi monitor setup if so ( as of now that is ) but the 780 have been tested at surround setup and worked well from what i know of.
they had around 60'ish FPS in sli on 3 monitors.

im going for multimonnitor but the gpu will be added later and till then ill have 1 screen.so i still prefer the titan for its ram and the fact that im not in a hurry to buy something else before it tho the 780 will be a nice cheaper solutionand 1titan =2 780 so ill might think a bit more cause i dont think a titan can surpass 2x 780s ..i mean ram isnt the problem..actually 3gigs are overkill for today's and tommorows standards...
