Its that time of the year again that ill start my 2nd awesome build..this time ill go with the new LGA1150 and here are the compontents im about to buy:

Asus Maximus IV Extreme
Asus GTX 780 3Gb GDDR5
2x OCZ Vertex 4 128Gb for Raid 0
Corsair Ax760W PSU
Corsair 650D case my beloved one ❤️
Corsair Dominator Dual Channel 1866Mhz Rams 2x4Gb
Intel Core i7 4770K ofcourse cause i dont want it only for gaming this pc also for programming and graphic design


for cooling im thinking about Corsair H100...yes i didnt make a mistake i think i prefer the last years one than the new one tho ill see whats better 🙂 but for sure not the intel's stock fan xD

any recommendations are acceptable !! and thats why i posted 🙂

anyone knows when will the IV series will be anvailable on markets???

He-he, you meant VI series, right? As I understood, soon they will be available... the MVIF may came a little bit later though...

Rampage IV not support LGA 1150, only 2011

hehehe im talking about maximus vi extreme not rampage and..ok ill think i can wait some weeks !!!

Hey mate, depending on the amount of graphic design you do...you might be best pushing that RAM to say a 16GB kit...especially if you do a lot of rendering you're gonna need it.

16GB is the sweet spot for gaming to Myk. Currently there is no reason not to go 16GB as costs difference between the kits are so slight.

i m about to go with the 16gb just to fill the 4 slots and also i now have the money to do it cause i might not be able to do it later..for graphic desing i only use rendering for 3d text so i dont think that will be the problem the main reason for the 16gb tho is cause ill use multiscreens i have 2x 27" monitors and i may go for a third in the furure but is htere a chance to buy a quad channel kit istead of 2 dual channel cause many have done it succesfully on 1155 sockets!

i dont know what frequency i must buy the rams at i mean the board is at 1600mhz ok and 1800mhz and 1866mhz and up O.C. os will i have problem if i buy 1866mhz rams and not 1600mhz? i dont know how to explain it i hope you uderstand... 😛
