I am not exactly sure where they get 3GB from but the only ASUS GTX 780 DirectCU II OC I was able to find was the GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5

780 and 770 is 2 diffrent cards theghostphantom.
780 have the same ram type and keplar ( GK110 ) as the titan ( half the ram and 10% slower )
770 have the same keplar as the 6xx series card have ( GK104 ) and comes in 2 and 4gig ram version.

You are of course correct. It doesn't help that two of the sources I use for parts didn't have the GTX780-DC2OC-3GD5.

Looking at the two reviews there is of course a performance increase between the two just not sure its worth a almost $250 price difference. Considering the changes Nvidia is going to make after Keplar I think I will stick with my GTX770-DC2OC-2GD5

I'm going to build a PC at the start of July, so let's hope it's available before then! (But I might have to go withb EVGA's 780...)

I think I will just go for that one, then. Shame, since the DirectCU II is slightly better than it, once you overclock.

How is the SC ACX a good card? the FTW and the classified ACX are the only "acceptable" EVGA Cards. just because they got the cooler out before asus doesn't mean the PCB is any good. the only ones ther than the FTW and Classified don't have enough powerphases to make it worthwhile. Or did you forget everyone zombieing titans?
