Does anyone have an idea when this would probably be launched or at least when the spec would come out?

Kicking this thread again since it's a month old. Anybody heard anything ? With all the whining now ended w/ the Formula's release, i figured this would be no more than 2-3 weeks behind. I imagine there will be quite a few formula buyers holding off till these are released. Cost has me concerned .... did a quick draft of a WC loop and looking in the $850 range if I mimic the MDK build from comdex

Would be nice if the Poseidon gets released to the masses, but not in the form of a limited run card....it's about time ASUS ROG got off their high horse and push this one to the masses so that everyone can get a chance at having one. Since there was no mention of a new MARS or even a MATRIX, it's almost certain that the Poseidon is gonna be limited :/

No MARSIII( Nvidia killed it!), No Poseidon..... Its been awhile ASUS!!

Anyways the Poseidon is suppose to be gtx 770 so I wouldn't waste the money on it. GK104 is just too old to put money into.

    Yes, it is old.

If Nvidia produced new Maxwell's this year, I might have to wait for it. Now I need to replace my GPU (HD 4870) with a new one and I would like to have a new card at least the next 2-3 years without changes. Asus GTX 760 is out, because EK does not produce this card full cover water block. Series GTX 600 drops out completely and in my opinion GTX 770 is the only option at the moment for the next few years (GTX 780 is too expensive).

    770 is a boosted 680.
