Samsung are by far and away the most reliable SSD that I know. They are not the fastest. But please do not confuse benchmark speeds with real world speed. I have recently just bought a Crucial 940GB SSD and am busy testing that. Other than Crucial the next biggest size is the 512GB. All the current SSD for the 6GB SATA ports will all perform well you do not have to worry about that.
