I upgraded my Nvidia drivers and now GPU Tweak won't work properly

I had an old version from 2012 that I used with my GTX 570 (Direct CU II, also an Asus product). I used to keep it at 800MHz clock with 1013mV voltage. Now the voltage resets to 913 (but it keeps the 800MHz clock) and in GPU Tweak it shows 307mV. It won't let me lock voltage to clock or anything.

How do I get the voltage settings to stick so that it goes up to 1013mV everytime it goes up to 800MHz core?

Well this version of GPU Tweak screwed something up, my monitor was stuck on "Out of Range" so I had to go into Safe Mode and do a System Restore to get back to where I was... not sure if I should just install the old version now or what.

Does anyone know a better program to change clock/voltage and use a custom fan profile?

    MSI Afterburner.

Unfortunately GPUTWEAK causes more problems than it solves in my dealings with it. However for some cards it's the ONLY program that will let you adjust voltages and monitor certain temps/loads.

    Afterburner gets my vote.
