Asus N56VJ Missing UEFI Boot options. I deleted them ALL!!

Hello. Well i messed up by deleting the boot options in UEFI. Now i cant boot in secure mode at all. Just reboots to the bios because there are no boot devices. If i turn secure boot off and enable CSM i get the old school bios boot devices... but as soon as i enable secure boot they all disappear. Default used to be windows boot manager, even that is gone. Anyone know how to add these back? They sure did delete real easily without any warnings so i would hope they could be easily reentered. Of course i've tried restoring to default but that doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

please reflash BIOS to 203, if not help, i think you will send back to service center and what do you mean delete them?
BIOS 203
1.Hide “Secure Boot Mode” option in Pre-Loaded Win8 case
2.Fix system can be shutdown when Ezflash/CrisisRecovery running
3.Disable CSM when SecureBoot is enable

There is a button that says delete in the boot options setting. It allows you to delete the boot options, but no way to add them back that i can find.

I think when you boot with windows 8 repair usb
and go to advanced option
there is an option is called "restart whit UEFI settings" or similar
try it,
