Well dude.. Now that I did the basic frame in cardboard, I don't think the slide of PSU is necessary for now! The case is now: 20 inches in depth.. This should be enough to slide the mobo a bit and get into the bottom for any work..

Also, since all panels are removable, there will be easy access to all the components..

Though the link you have posted is helpful in the next case am planning..

May need to get this case design into SketchUp dude.. Will need your help while doing that..

    Cheers,
    KP

A small update with some of the components included.. This is still a bare bone/ skeleton model.. Here is the updated plan:

The top panel will be made of that plexiglass thingie.. The bottom panel will be made of standard aluminum.. A nice ROG theme for the outside of the case.. White on the inside..

The side panels and, the latching system are still pending..

kkn, its designed in such a way that, you can add 4 pumps and more.. The rads can be placed either on the front or on the back or on the side slants..

Each panel is removable except for the bottom most tray.. The mother board tray and the bottom slanted trays will slide out.. The top trays will be removable to convert it into a benching case..

You can cool all the components easily with this set up.. It has provisions for huge rads and fans too.. Depending upon how you will use your case as the positioning of each components will change accordingly..

For e.g: If you want to use it as a normal case but you are the type who removes it occasionally (like me!), you can use it as a bench-cum-normal case.. To do this, put the rads, pumps and reservoir in the front or back or on the bottom slant.. This will make sure that when you do open the top portion (the top right slant panel, top most panel, left slant panel and, left side panel are all removable using a latching system).. The rest are slide to use..

If you want to use it as a normal bench case ONLY, then you can remove the top panel off completely..

If you want to use it as a 24/7 system but you won't fiddle much with it then you can add the rads, pumps and, reservoirs on the top slant panels too..

    Hope it clears things up..

    Cheers,
    KP
