Same issues here. I have had 00 on my Maximus VI extreme with pretty much the same stuff on it as you, with the exception of a smaller 860i PSU from Corsair and 32GB of Corsair Dominator platinum 2400 mem.

I did most of the tricks found on the fora and no luck yet; stuff I did was:
    1) RMA the motherboard: not solved
    2) RMA the 4770k processor: not solved
    3) used different PSU and different (1333) memory: not solved
    4) flashed the latest bios 0711: this process went ok as advertised. On the first restart small few second pause on code 00 and second boot into code 00
    5) removed my SSD (Samsung 840 pro 512 GB) and replaced with Seagate HDD 3TB: no change

So I now have had a month of tinkering and have not yet been away from a dead PC with code 00. I have now sent a mail to tech-support.

Any ideas here would be welcome as well

OK solved my issue. The Cable connecting to the EATX12V (4 or 8 pin) was missing, and as it is stated on page 1-43 of the manual, the system won't boot without!!
