Did you mean:

I made a mistake and got a res thats too big...Damn

The res I ordered is a bit bigger than I thought it would be.It seem I only have 1 option as far as I can figure out for now. (Pic below) My 2nd 680 will barely fit.
I should have gone with a EK 150 multi port.
I may have to order some 45 or 90 degree angle fittings too.
What do you liquid cooling GURUs suggest.

ouch..if you are good with acrylic, im sure you could cut an inch or 2 out of it and reattach it with some acrylic adhesive and a gasket.. or remove a cap and cut a couple inches off and re-adhere the cap

The caps are screw on and Id rather sell it on ebay at a slight loss than cut it up.It is brand new...
But maybe I can make it work with some bitspower 90 degree rotary adapters.
If not I can always get a bay res.

LOL, I'm not a guru, but - just my personal opinion - you could not found worse place for that reservoir in that case... You don't want a reservoir on the lowest point of your loop(s)... You gonna have "great" time bleeding that loop...

Could not place it straight up near the mobo?

place it verticaly and have in and outlet on the bottom of it.
and fill on the top.
pump: inlet is on the grey end side of the pump and the outlet is on the top of it.
the dual black cables on the USB that goes to the mogo should be on the side where the USB port on the mobo is missing a pin.

asyou see on the USB headder on the mobo, one is 5 and the other one is 4, the 2 black cables on the cable from pump to USB on mobo should be on the missing pin side

heres the page to the software -> http://aquacomputer.de/software.html
you have to instal frameworks 4.0 to use it.

wow, thats really a tough place, and like Guru Z said bleeding that loop out will be a @!#$%

I have noted on frozen cpu reviews that some users have mounted this res on the back of the case which is probably what I may do.I could cut a hole.
I wanted to place straight up near the mobo and it would fit except for the thick 24 pin power cable. However after some more placing it in different places I found something that may work shown in this pic....Gotta get some 90 degree rotary fittings though.I can use some tubing into the top fill port to help in filling it up.
And thanks for that link for the pump software kkn.

Now all I need is a drill to mount the res holders.
