cpu over voltage error

while i was overclocking my 1005t to 4.00 ghz at 1.55 and llc on extreme and cpu over cuurnet protection on disable. once i press f10 to reboot it says cpu over voltage error the voltage is 1.55 so what is wrong ???

Nothing is wrong it is simply that the value for your voltage has triggered the warning setting in the bios monitor options. You can go to monitoring page and disable the warning.

i did that and it worked but the pc shuts down and sometimes freezes on the logo so i disabled the cpu voltage current protection and it worked. the question is why the pc freezes on the logo it is supposed to be shut down at once while the cpu current protection is on 100% ? is the board is faulty ? i am talking about the freezing issue.
