Okay, so today I bought my new Asus ROG laptop (G750JX-RB71) and everything was going wonderful for the first 4 hours of using it and I noticed something in the corner of my eye. The mouse was lagging or ghosting or whatever you want to call it, here are some pictures; http://i.imgur.com/AALWE18.jpg and http://i.imgur.com/VyPa26y.jpg . I try to ignore it but it's starting to get to me. I've restarted, I checked my drivers for updates and everything. Please help I love this laptop!

Although trying this, this isn't the problem, it doesn't appear on a external monitor.

You used the exact same pictures as my topic 😮 http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?34132-Display-Ghosting

Anyways, it's a monitor issue, you'll get used to it eventually. Glad to hear I'm not the only one facing this, though.

Yeah, I used yours because you had the exact problem, so its just a monitor issue?! Wow, coming from a huge brand like asus I would expect a higher quality of a laptop from them. Do you know if this happens on other g750 series laptops or just this one? Anyway I'm just thinking of returning it, if I'm buying a laptop I don't want to get used to any problems 😕

I'm not sure if a different system would fix it, but they don't make the monitors that they use. Monitor they're using is a Chi Mei CMO1720

Hmm Asus ROG forums aren't helpful at all. Wish some sort of staff could help out.

The response time of your laptop is not as your external monitor which caused ghosting. Bacck when g750 was the beast the screen latency was around 40ms. I could be wrong tho. I aint no expert but this is something I noticed when I have the panel override on and off.
