    Storm Trooper R4E system

So this build may obviously be ho-hum to you, but the average person I work with hasn't seen a Cooler Master Storm Trooper case. Here's the inside of the system so far:

    Case: Cooler Master Storm Trooper
Motherboard: ASUS Rampage IV Extreme 1.02
    CPU: Intel Core i7-4820K
CPU Fan: Noctua NH-U14S (only one CPU fan)
    Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Z Quad-channel 32GB (F3-2133C11Q-32GZL)
    SSD in X-Dock: 128GB Samsung 840 Pro
    PSU: Corsair RM850
Monitor (not shown): BenQ XL2420TE rotated in portrait mode
    OS: Windows 8.1 Pro
Graphics card: probably not worth mentioning to you, but it's a also an ASUS HD 7750. What graphics card should I get? A GTX something or other?

Unseen is the CoolLaboratory MetalPad for the CPU that I'm trying out instead of thermal paste. The CPU temperature is 30 degrees Celsius all the time.

Why don't computer shops sell PCs that look at least like this? Our local shops don't even carry DDR3 memory.

Currently memory slot DIMM_D1 doesn't recognize good RAM sticks even though the BIOS lists the DIMM in slot D1. Perhaps I have to reseat the CPU or something.

At what point using current technology will the average person online say: Okay, it looks fine? Does a person have to get a Corsair H100i liquid CPU cooler and 8,000 neon lights before someone says a PC is "cool"? Do I need to add lizard arms and legs with a paintjob to match and make the chassis crawl too? There's an awfully high standard some people have of coolness.
