ah..the orange moon.. I've asked myself the same question. I took a picture on September 14th. It's not the first time I see it. I've seen it before a few years ago. I took the picture at around 8:15pm and I noticed that later, as the Moon changed its position it also changed its color and got whiter. I can understand why it was orange, like the sunset is orange. Funny how it doesn't happen more often..

It has to do with the moons position relative to the earth and how the light from the sun is refracted through our atmosphere.....the same reason we have the colors at sunset. I've seen it as well. along with a red moon....

Creepy in any country I see....
Red?..... Once in a ROG moon, I like it....never saw one.
or a Texas sunset in the desert....all the colors..purples,reds,yellows and orange..
very moving......until you see the sunrise...yum.
Of course there is the white night of a full moon on a snowy field full of
feeding deer............double yum....we usta call that, spot light steaks...hehehe

That sound good a deer steak....chrsplmr try hunting in a thick wood with only a bow sometime....it closer to mature than anything...and before anyone comments YES I would shoot Bamby and put the meat in the freezer and the head on the local Elks Lodge wall....300+ pounds of Deer meat last a good 6 months to a year of not having to go buy beef. Then I would go out and thank my Red Moon for the Hunt.

Amen to that.
300lbs??? Now thats got to be a Montana deer...not in Ohio..
or...Florida...(german shepard size)
Pa. 200...would be good..
If it is furry and had a face, its (|) belongs on a plate.
(As the grey looking veggie eaters, moan.)
It has been said before, Salad is not food, salad is what food eats.
We use to hunt bow season too..(In the mountains, we eat them all
year, the flat landers wait for hunting season) but, aaaah..arrows..
those are the things you stick in the bullet hole in case the game
warden is around, right?

ROFL!!!....Vegetarians do have a point but what isn't known by them is you need meat protein and you can get it with the combo of Rice and Beans...smelly subject there....and when the eat a vegetable soup like Minestrone it's made with beef stock which kills the vegetarian thingy right there...oops....!

It just isnt natural. We run best if we eat what is native to
our born environment..
What region of the world grows rice and beans? Right. None.
Primitive man would still be foraging for nourishment..or be extinct.
Every survivalist knows...let the mouse forage for the nuts, berries and
greens.....conserve energy...catch the healthy mouse...protein and a
multi vitamin...if it is a fat mouse, bonus.
Then they point out, deer dont eat meat. They are food.
They dont do anything but eat, sleep and reproduce, like any
other veggie food.
Eating veggies only, here in the US, is comparable to a 'certain country' starving with a field
full of cows. Or dying of thirst because drink was too far from the sacred
water fall.
Since we are on this subject..and it is one of my pet peevs...let go a little farther..
We are plagued by obesity here in the US...lack of proper food??? not.
White poison...sugar, flour, salt...
If you draw a circle inside a US grocery store...everything on the outside
of the circle..will be food, meat,eggs,milk,veggies,fruit...
everything else is the endless combo of sugar, flour and salt..how many ways
do we need to make poison? Where do these things occur in nature...exactly..
then thats where to get them to eat...grain...whole grain..not bleached, ground..powdered.
Sugar? fruit....mmmmmmmmmmm...desert.
If you need to eat white....eggs...if you like to smell...yolk...hahahahaa
If they banned everything inside the circle for 30 days..the world would tip
on its access from the blubber America lost...again..my humble babblement.c.
