G750JX Noise in headphones problem

Hi,
I just bought a new g750jx, but when I plug a headphone, there is a noise in the background. But this noise is not constant, it comes 1 second before a sound play and finsh 2 second after the sound finish. Should I return my laptop or is there a solution?

Try to mute the microphone and if that doesn't work, disable all "Windows Sounds".

That should rule out two of the most common software issues.


Oh, and if it isn't already, plug it into the rear panel audio ports instead of the front, as they have vastly reduced EM/RF interference.

I just get a new laptop from the "After Sales Service" but the new one have the same problem.

I tried everything except the "rear panel audio ports" because I don't know what you mean :s

But nothing changed...

It's just unbelievable to buy a computer that cost so much with that kind of basic problem.

having the same issue here its so bad idk thinking about taking it apart and shielding it maybe adding a filter if possible..... but your right unforgivable
