For RBv2, please take note of the notice in RB of free space required on the drive. You should allow this amount of space on any RAM drives as well.

Enable SLI for what? OpenCL doesn't need SLI..it uses the cards anyhow. Any number of them...

I decided fairly early the gains were insignificant and it really wasn't worth the trouble. I didn't want to seem presumptuous in thinking you hadn't already tested or at least considered all of this and possibly come to a different conclusion than I did.
Honestly, I haven't thought of trying different sizes of RAM Drives. Though I would dare to say, the gains can be significant based on your RAM speeds and timings. My last findings gave me a ~70 something point increase? and then I bumped my RAM up just to 1866 from 1600 and my score jumped a further 40 odd points. Honestly, it's all about the timings...just like with Super Pi...it's how efficiently your RAM runs. And Zka is pretty confident that 8GB is the sweet spot using RAM alone. If i had more RAM i'd see what the scores would be if I could set up a further 4GB in RAMDisk. Heh pretty happy that I went from 1600 @ 9-9-9-24 to 1866 @ 9-10-9-24...and it's just Corsair's XMS3, so, it's not the greatest RAM for benching...if i'd had the money back when I bought the Pi RAM I got from Viz...I would have gotten 4 sticks, rather than just the 2 lol.

Huh? where is this information? oh and I tried to change the refresh rate, but Nvid Control Panel only offers 60Hz...I can set higher resolutions over my 1600x900 and get slightly lower Hz...but, it's not worth it really.

It's only for the stress test and it's on the greeting text. Normal benchmark needs like 500mb free for temporary files, video encode result file, etc

I am running two 570s in sli on a 2600k at 4.25Ghz w/ 8Gb of 1600 ram and I expected to be able to approach the scores of single 7970s at least on RealBench. (I can, after all, do that and better on 3D Mark 11.) So, I assumed that RealBench does not enable sli. My score is in the mid 66xxx for two runs. I skimmed this leg of the forum and did not see the issue of multiple gpus addressed. . . My bad?

You can not compare RB to 3DMark. The first is a system performance test that currently doesn't measure 3d performance at all and the second only measures 3d performance...
SLI has nothing to do with it. In fact your video cards have nothing to do with it. They are only utilized for the OpenCL test which contributes little to the system score. The system score is affected heavily by CPU/Cache/RAM/Disk subsystems and slightly by the GPU computing capability your video card. Not its 3D capability.
