Hmm, seems like a faulty power supply? If you have a spare psu (or can borrow one from a friend) try swapping it in and see if the problem is solved. You might just need to RMA that psu for another one.

That psu should be sufficient (it has enough watts and amperage for your setup), but it could be plain old faulty, that's why I suggest trying another psu to see if another comparable psu solves the problem. Is it new?

Also, are you monitoring your temperatures? Make sure your cpu or gpu isn't overheating and causing a shutdown when you don't expect it. If your gpu fan or H100i pump isn't working properly you could be overheating without even knowing it and your pc may be shutting down to protect you.

temeratures are fine watch the video to see why it shuts down
i setup my cpu cooling like this if under 40°C fans are turning on 40%
40+°C fans starts turing at 70%
gpu is setup this way
|> means from the above temp til the temp i tipe
til 20°C 35%
----|>32°C 45%
--------|>52°C 55%
------------|>65°C 72%
---------------|>80°C 80%
-------------------|>higher 100%

RMA the PSU ( unless you have a friend that have a spare ( witch is larger ) to test ) or if you have a spare one.
a 780 pulls 200W.
do you have power flickering ( lights ) in the house at times?

ask if they can do a PSU test on it if they have one.
and say that your pc shuts down and you get power errors.
