Now my g750jw is noisier when idle..

Why won't the fans spin down?

Anyone else have this problem (was quite now idle noise).

Have you monitored your temps? If they're safe, then there could be an issue with the fan profile.

We customize Asus, MSI, and Clevo laptops!

Very safe. Any idea how to access the fan profile?

Sorry, pitcher isn't a native English speaker. He's saying that ASUS uses an automatic cooling system based upon the ambient temperature. When it is noisier while idle, what all is being started with Windows, and when you do stuff on the computer, are you able to hear the fans?
I am disturbed because I cannot break my system...found out there were others trying to cope! We have a support group on here, if your system will not break, please join!

No problem about the English Pitcher. I appreciate your response and understand working in another language takes extra effort. Thank you.

Its not terrible. Its just before my first 2 RMAs the computer was SILENT when idle at the windows desktop.

I noticed that is no longer the case despite identical ambient temperature (A/C). When idle the fans are notably louder.
