For some reason, whenever I'm watching something on the internet the audio suddenly decreases in volume even though I haven't adjusted the speaker bar. For instance, I'll be watching a youtube video at 50% speaker volume and out of nowhere the sound will get substantially quieter. The bar is still at 50% and I'll have to either increase the volume to 100% to even hear it or refresh the page to bring the audio back to normalcy.

Not too computer savvy so I'm not sure if this is intentional or accidentally activated some app maybe? I would appreciate some help to solve this issue.
