Last ditch effort to get ASUS to be responsible >:(

Since I bought this notebook 2 years ago it has broken 5 times, has spent more than 10 months being repaired, each repair has taken at least 1 months, with the longest being 4 months, it has been returned unfixed, and been improperly diagnosed. All the failures have been common on this model and due to failures in workmanship. ASUS refused my request for refund, and refused to even give me a replacement for a model that isn't faulty.

Owning and using this laptop has been a nightmare, as has dealing with support and getting repairs done.

Is there anything you can do to fix this situation in anyway?

Will ASUS try help me? Or will they abandon like cl-...?

Oh man! What broke this time?
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station…

It's been gathering dust since it got it's (latest) mobo replacement. Just the usual G53 business, man.

Long repair times and an expensive paperweight just getting on my nerves.

You're in Aus?

Can you PM me your RMA numbers. It should be in your VIP account or emails.

I don't have all of them, but I'll send you my SN so you can look up the ones I don't have.
